Bio
Donna is an energetic regional theatre advocate, and has worked professionally as actor, director, stage manager and sound designer in venues including Theatre Three in Dallas, Syracuse Stage in New York and The Pollard Theatre in her beloved Oklahoma. She enjoyed her affiliation with the Pollard for fifteen years before joining the faculty at UCO. As a director, Donna has staged dozens of productions including The Passion of Dracula, The Royal Family, I Hate Hamlet, Don't Dress for Dinner, Fiddler on the Roof and Anything Goes. As actress, she has appeared in roles ranging from "Amanda Wingfield" in The Glass Menagerie to "Sister Robert Ann" in Nunsense and "Lady Bracknell" in The Importance of Being Earnest. As a professional stage manager, Donna has called over 1,000 performances, working for numerous directors including award-winning regional theatre director Julianne Boyd and Tony nominee Dennis Rosa, as well as EDDY Award-winning Sound Designer Abe Jacob.

Donna holds an MFA in Acting from the University of Oklahoma and is a member of Actors' Equity Association, the Lessac Training and Research Institute (in voice and movement) and the American Association of University Professors. She enjoys teaching Acting, Stage Management, Voice & Movement and Stage Makeup.
