UCO Presents Free Holiday Choral Concert as Part of Annual Winter Glow Festivities

The University of Central Oklahoma School Of Music will present a free holiday choral concert at 7:30 p.m., Nov. 29 in Mitchell Hall Theater as part of the annual WinterGlow festivities on campus.

Led by UCO Director of Choral Studies, Dr. Karl Nelson, the performance will feature the holiday favorites, “Ding Dong! Merrily on High!,” “The Christmas Song,” and “Sing We Now of Christmas.”

In addition, the choirs will perform both Latvian and Spanish Carols.

“We hope people will come to the WinterGlow festivities and include our concert as part of their family’s tradition,” said Nelson.

“We will feature a wonderful variety of choral music that should get everyone in a festive mood and ready for the season.”

Prior to the concert the audience is invited to enjoy free refreshments.
