Award-winning UCO Graphic Design Seniors to Showcase their Work
April 24, 2008
University of Central Oklahoma students who are graduating with a degree in graphic design will display their work in an exhibit entitled, "Graphic Content," from May 1-May 24 at the City Arts Center located at 3000 General Pershing Blvd. in Oklahoma City.
The exhibit opens at 6 p.m. on May 1, with free food and beverages for those attending that evening.
Larry Hefner, UCO Department of Design chair, said this exhibit will feature the work of ten students in the areas of web design, print design, illustration and multimedia. Seven of the ten students recently received ADDY awards from the Oklahoma City Advertising Club for excellence in design.
"This is a museum-quality show by some very talented students," said Hefner. "We are pleased to share their work with everyone."
The exhibit is free and open to the public.
