UCO School of Music to Hold Gala

The University of Central Oklahoma`s School of Music and the City of Edmond Parks and Recreation Department present "MAC by Moonlight," at 7 p.m. Feb. 24, at the Edmond Multi-Activity Center.
"MAC by Moonlight" is an annual fundraiser for the UCO School of Music, with proceeds going towards student scholarship funds.
Guests will dine on a gourmet dinner and desserts, catered by LeCep Bistro, while listening to the finest musicians from the UCO School of Music.
The evening’s entertainment includes musical numbers from the upcoming UCO production of "State Fair," performed by the UCO music theatre division; a performance by an award
-winning UCO string quartet; and a World-renowned pianist and UCO
special performance by world-renowned Artist-in-Residence Valery Kuleshov
pianist and UCO Artist-in-Residence,
Valery Kuleshov.
Kuleshov, called one of the most brilliant virtuosos of the new generation, has studied with some of the world’s most acclaimed musicians and has performed in concert halls all over the world.
Donors for the event include the University of Central Oklahoma President`s Office, Edmond Parks & Recreation, KCSC, Edmond Life & Leisure and Edmond Music.
Tickets for the event are $100 per person and $175 per couple, with a portion of the ticket price being tax-deductible.
