Tasty fund raiser to benefit UCO students

The University of Central Oklahoma’s College of Arts, Media & Design, along with Edmond’s New World Cuisine restaurant, will host the “Taste of Talent” fundraising dinner at 6:30 p.m. on April 23.

The event will be held at the restaurant, which is located at 1317 N. Danforth.

Guests will enjoy a multiple course meal prepared by New World’s head chef, while being exposed to original works by student and faculty artists from UCO’s Department of Art.

Several of the works of art will be available for sale.
The UCO School of Music’s West Island String Quartet also will serenade attendees.

This is the last “Taste of Talent” of the year and all proceeds will benefit UCO’s art and music programs.

Cost for the dinner is $75, which includes a 6-course meal and a wine selection. Seating is limited and reservations are preferred.
