"I work with the concept of interaction between lifes
continuously evolving patterns. Working with simple cotton muslin
I manipulate the cloth using washes of dye and ink, painting mediums
and hardeners in order to create undulating planes of elaborately
interwoven shapes and hues. Whether working on a continuous support
or on multiple units, ideas of both surface and beneath the surface
patterns are explored within the geography of cloth."
